70 pieces on my website! I'm so proud of myself!

I'm so so proud of myself, I have 70 items listed and I made my goal with 4 days to spare! 

OK, I know you are thinking, just how much time does it take to list a piece of jewelry?  Why is Kat so anxiety-laden about this? 

It takes more time than you think.  Since my stuff is all one of a kind, each item has to be photographed in multiple positions and angles, edited, loaded to the site, and then the listing needs to have descriptions, titles, SEO keywords and google tags.  I probably need more that I don't even know about it.  Listing on Etsy was much easier than this, but I really want to have my own website, and prove that I can take this business the next step.

Everytime I've photographed my jewelry I've tried a different setup.  I'm still tinkering with backgrounds, lighting, props.  I will be learning how to take better pictures for the rest of my life.

It's scary to put myself out there.  Then I reminded myself I do that with my jewelry already.

Anyway, I still believe if you put in the hard work, you will reap the rewards.  I hope i'm proven right!
